Agent at the T2 lounge just waved me through, was connecting AA-EI with my AA Platinum Pro status attached, I explained it to her & was ready to pull up the info from the website but she was like - "sounds like you're right, just go ahead". It wasn't showing me as eligible on her system with a BP scan, so still some kinks to iron out it would appear.

That was with P2 as well, so she gave me the guest.

I did notice my AA status showed up as FFP3 on the EI boarding pass for my DUB-IAD return (booked with Avios on ba.com) which is Concierge equivalent level. Obviously no incremental benefits with a J ticket so meaningless but good to know the system is recognizing the AA status.
