Almost all non-US programs are similar to BAs current system, but I'd say Flying Blue is the closest in that it has bands for distance rather than miles multiplier. Miles & More is also somewhat similar in that regard, but makes much more distinction between flying M&M carrier vs alliance partners and qualification requirements are much higher.

These two FFPs are also even less revenue based than the current BAEC system, since they don't even take booking class into the account.
