The status earning requirement for Gold has effectively been doubled. Previously you needed 3 QR trips from LHR to HKG per membership year. You now need 6.
For partner airlines, Aer Lingus, Finnair, Japan Airlines and Qatar Airways all earn TPs at 25% of the flight distance in the cheapest business class buckets. All other oneworld airlines earn at 12.5%.
