Well, my tuppence worth as a leisure traveller who has GfL and currently GGL....

I was hoping to keep GGL one more year, and then rely on my GfL. I actually priced up a trip yesterday for next November, but didn't book it. I have got about half the TPs in the bag for GGL renewal, but there is no way I'm going to (or going to want to) spend the extortionate amount of ££££ needed to bridge the gap.

The real kicker for me will be when I'm travelling with my family - at the minute I can give my wife a Gold Card and/or guest the family in using the GGL lounge perk. It's a shame that I'll lose that, but the days of overnight trips to OTP to get TPs is now gone...
