Is there another OW airline which can be credited to & achieve OW emerald without changing my flying pattern?

Historically I did 3 J DUB-LHR-USA trips plus a DUB-LHR-DXB or DUB-LHR-JNB. That just about scraped gold. Could flying the same but crediting to RJ, CX, QF etc still achieve that?
