I mean, there is a miserable 3 months notice on new thresholds, etc, but there is in fact 0 notice on earning: if today you book a flight for travel on 1 April, you are already subject to the "new" rules - only trips that were already booked at the time of the announcement (ie before today) will keep earning proportionally to the new rules if travelled after 1 April.
