It should be a reasonable amount of time BUT DFW has terrible wheelchair assistance. If you didn't need wheelchair assistance, you would have enough time to go to the Flagship Lounge even. As it is, be aware that you will probably spend most of that 1hr 20 minutes being transferred from wheelchair to cart to chair to another cart, etc. with lots of waiting in between. The chairs and pusher can go on the SkyLink but they may instead use carts to transfer you between the terminals. I've had both happen. You should make your flight, but don't expect to have any extra time for things like the lounge.
