The aircraft coming from LCY (G-LCYT) made one missed approach to CMF, then did one hold away from the airport before it diverted to MRS. The plane then positioned back to LCY, hence the CMF - LCY leg was cancelled. No idea on the weather conditions at CMF these past few days, but this seems like a weather diversion.

Thanks for the reply. Was over 3 hours delayed before arriving at CMF which was foggy, as it can often be. So assume it was delayed before this, due to weather before diverting at CMF. Is EC261 likely to apply? If all the delays were weather related?
