I've flown maybe 20 times to the US with this visa number, not sure why this has happened all of a sudden? Every time I go to update the document details, the visa disappears and it has selected the third option of neither a green card nor a visa available.

I guess the only way to fix is to go to the desk tomorrow, but why is this happening?
