Full refund to CC instead of partial voucher
Recently booked trip using $250 voucher and rest credit card. Canceled trip as AUS-ATL was delayed and no way to still travel same day to destination.
Both the cancel screen and email told me I qualified for full refund to credit card. Surprised when that actually happened.
is this a glitch due to the new "automatic " refund system. (DOT requires airline to automatically refund fare in full. However it still should go to voucher for portion that is voucher)
Anyone else experience?
