I did exactly the same. 1K is very odd on the A350. Crew store items in front of 1K and to the left, plus you have the galley and the crew won't let you through to use the toilet either, so you have to go back on yourself to the rear of the cabin. My preference is 10K on the A350 as you have two windows, as does 9K.

It is a lot quieter than the 777's though.
