Whoever is even trying to find these executive lounges in the US at this point should go visit Hilton Arlington (a former Hyatt- for good reason) and have a look at the fine executive lounge there. After that, they will no longer be seeking these out or even talking about them.
But if they're lucky and go to Arlington at the right time, they MAY get there when some fresh popcorn has just been popped. If an employee bothers to do that, on that specific day.
The lounge at Hilton Northbrook is tiny, barely qualifies in my opinion.
It is interesting 8 of the remaining US lounges are in the Charlotte and Nashville metros. Maybe the same ownership group keeping them going?
