I think a key point is that the J service has gone down hill
in recent years. Junior cabin crew who don't understand the finesse of business class who also have to hand deliverer food on trays which takes forever and there is no sense of anyone checking up snd down the cabin for top ups etc . This is where F hopefully still has an edge but bad crews will adopt the same J approach
