Completely agree! AF is pretending to aiming for excellence in business Europe, economy and premium Longhaul whilst it is really not. And what is even more annoying is that they really don’t care about customer feedback. They’d rather keep the unions happy than introduce enhancements that would require a bit of extra work for the FAs.
