I'll time it next time I do it. I can get from G to A in 20 even with the detour, but that's power walking. For AirTrain, it's more of a bunch of short chunks of time - especially the walk from the station from T2 and the time spent waiting for a train. Either way works!
Just did Lark Creek in D to Mustards in G, which is about the same post-security distance from Checkpoint G to any D gate. Took me 11 minutes with a rolling bag and a fried chicken sandwich slowing me down. I was walking briskly but not fast enough to break a sweat. Only a couple of times where I was held up by a small group in a narrow hallway. YMMV.
