I just flew SEA-DOH and in Seattle they were enforcing a strict 15kg/33lb limit for the total weight of your carryon(s). It looked like it was a new policy, or at least one they had recently decided to enforce. As such, the ticketing area was a total mess, as everyone was repacking, shuffling their luggage. I don't usually check bags , but my total weight was 40lb, so I was forced to. I was flying full-fare QSuite and am PC Platinum and they still wouldn't budge.

Anyone else run into this?
