Hello community,
I arrived to Heathrow on the 23rd December 2024 and my luggage with the Christmas presents wasn’t delivered until Christmas Day at about 5 pm when I wasn’t at home and left with a neighbour.
I had already plans to travel to my in-laws on Christmas Day so I had no chance to give any presents and my kids and family were very disappointed.
This happened with Iberia.
Will Iberia compensate for the inconvenience at all? Thanks all!
