I'm in a bit of trouble: The FB-Account of my wife is under the name of Firstname [new field] Middlename Lastname. Somehow Saudia ticketed her Firstname Middlename [new field] Lastname. So while on the printed ticket there's no visible difference, in the PNR it's not possible to add her FB number to the booking. Should a retro-claim work in this case or is it a lost cause? The ticket itself cannot be amended anymore.
