From my understanding it looks good. The main issue is the interprovince/region rule could be new to AA as they likely haven’t dealt with it much yet and they are the key to getting to PVG. I would just come prepared to argue with them if need be. Bring some documents, etc. Maybe even a letter from the Chinese embassy if possible just to have more ammo if they push back.
