- Longhaul Economy/Premium on longer routes: replace that pathetic “Bon Appétit” bag with a second meal tray like other European Airlines do.
- Longhaul Premium: improve the presentation and the quality of food. Use real plates.
I'd repack this as a a more general: "Get your strategy straight: are you aiming for excellence? or good enough at a cheap price? Both are valid, simply pick one; then communicate and price accordingly".

This is where the lukewarm strategy goes from being sub-optimal to starting to annoy customers.
Dynamic award pricing is an insult when a J ticket is priced 999000 miles. No, it doesn't mean pax can realistically book award tickets at all times.
Same for OLCI upgrades. Repeating that status is not considered in the pricing equation doesn't change anything to the fact that FFs are quasi-always asked for a higher price than non-status pax. The fact that the computer uses A or B variable to get the undesirable result is not the issue.

Again, owning the current situation would go a long way instead of insisting that it's always possible to book award tickets, and that status doesn't make OLCI upgrades more expensive.

So my wish list for 2025, as a one-liner:
- Make sure pax want to fly with you enough that you don't need to be recapitalized next year, nor have to sell your assets. Fixing well-known issues and limitations that have been brought up for years by pax, not by employees, would be a good start.
