Basically I have a free night cert and it seems like the best place to redeem it this year would be in Tokyo. Currently the Courtyard Ginza seems like the best option. But don't mind a 20-30 minute trip to another location.

From a points cost level, not sure what your cert covers, probably the only similarly priced property is the Sheraton in Shirokane. It is a bit of a drag to get there from Narita though. I never looked at points prices for Prince Sakura Tower and Tokyo Marriott, Shinagawa is definitely easy to get to, but a bit of a hassle to go to the Edition the next day, and not too much to explore around there.
