We are planning to drop off our luggage at the EDITION and going to the other hotel with a small carryon. So even if metro is needed that should be fine.
Aloft or AC Ginza? They are closer to Higashi Ginza station than edition, so you can just grab a direct train from Haneda or Narita, and just have a few hundred meters to the hotel. Then go to Edition the following day.
