Just now we received a notification our seats for the inbound have been changed - in effect, they have been removed and there are no longer enough seats available for us. The plane appears to have been changed to a smaller one. I’ve seen a family bumped at the gate on this route before!
the flight is no longer for sale.
three phone calls to BA just result in stonewalling and a refusal to do anything.
appreciate any advice! I can’t see there will be a lot of no shows for this route.
