Ok, in which case yes you get food on your long-haul in economy, you clear passport control (which can take up to 45 minutes at T4S especially if there's a big bank of arriving flights) at T4S, then take the train to T4 and clear security again for connections (it's fastest to clear connections security in the luggage pickup area, see the wiki). One ticket so obviously your bags will be checked through, but you can still go to the baggage claim connections.
That said, 2 hours is probably just fine – and Iberia has enough daily flights to LIS (5-6 daily) that you wouldn't be stranded if you missed the 2h connection.
