These would all be fantastic but, sadly, seem unlikely to me. Maybe we’ll see some improvement in Premium catering as that really is egregious. My addition to this list would be:

- Make some real improvements to Platinum status to distinguish it from Gold as discussed (and promised) so often on this forum.
