Starting a thread to see what are your improvement wishlist for AF in 2025. I will throw some ideas:
- Business Class Europe: align to other EU airlines with a more substantial food service including hot options (as opposed to the current one cold option)
- Longhaul Economy/Premium on longer routes: replace that pathetic “Bon Appétit” bag with a second meal tray like other European Airlines do.
- Longhaul Premium: improve the presentation and the quality of food. Use real plates.
- FB: it would be good to mark the lowest reward flights and separate them from those dynamic reward flights.
- Upgrade Offers: be a little bit more generous with elite customers and get rid of those rip off offers where no status passengers get more attractive reward offers.
