upon (Amtrak) arrival on southbound track, i was the first one to the stairs, crossed over to northbound track, and was literally few feet away from the shuttle stop, the bus driver saw me and continued taking off.

even in other instances, no buses waited after picking up pax already at the stop.

bus comes fairly often during the day. even when i missed the bus while boarding already commenced, i got on the next one and made the flight (had 5mins left in boarding when bus pulled into the airport-whew!)

the ride takes less than 10 minutes
