Has anyone tried any of these options? Any Reccoondations? Things to avoid? (Can't post images yet so enjoy my version of the menu)
Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q's Beef Short Rib
(BBQ jus, Riverview Farms grits, lady pea succotash, pickled red onions)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Roasted Bell & Evans Chicken Breast
(chasseur sauce, garlic-thyme mashed potatoes, roasted mushrooms, green beans)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pasta Mami's Burrata Ravioli
(heirloom tomato sauce, garlic-wilted spinach, artichoke hearts)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Roasted Seabass
(shrimp, fennel, saffron broth, sourdough croutons)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Braised Lamb Ragu
(herb risotto, roasted pearl onions, carrots)
What did you end up choosing? I have the same menu for a flight from ATL-LIM in early January. I've had the Fox Bros short rib numerous times so looking to choose something different. Chicken on planes I've found can end up being dry, and while the Seabass sounds interesting, the saffron broth sounds like another variant of the Fisherman's Stew DL is also serving ex-ATL, which I am not a fan of. That leaves the ravioli or lamb ragu.
