I do think there is a segment of folks who are road warriors not living in hubs who may spread their airlines to more than one... that segment is larger than who is on FT but smaller than what many of us think.
I’m not hub captive and booked tickets on other airlines this year as I flew 8 different airlines (includes AA & UA) in 2024, but a majority was Delta due to schedule/connections. Should be interesting in 2025 with the FO/GM/PM customers using the MQM to MQD extension for a higher tier, as maybe Delta is expecting a bump in cobranded credit card spend in 2025 with the one time MQD conversion only for 2024 from the customers who reached a higher level from said conversion?
