No rollover, no 2H or 4Q promotions, nothing. Delta held the line... Surprised?
- There were a lot of people who thought the lack of rollover would result in a huge drop-off in Delta revenues and flying by the fall or winter, and would force a response by Delta. We just haven't seen anything of the sort. Are you surprised?
- Did the lack of rollover, or incentive to earn additional MQD past a desired status, have an impact on the flights you booked? If so, how? Interested to see how behavior really changed around this issue
