So I had 2x letters in my informed delivery today for P1 and P2 but when the actual mail came only a letter for P2 was in there. It was 5% T&E up to $80/mo, $960/yr. It has an offer code on it. Sometimes letters show up late even if they are in informed delivery so I'll hopefully get it on Monday for P1. If it doesn't show up or went to a neighbor and they toss it, does anyone know how to see what was offered and how to redeem?
I got the same letter. What's weird is that under the Informed Delivery scan of the envelope, there was another image with a link that said "A special offer is coming to your mailbox soon!"
I clicked that, and it just brought me to the Citi login page. I logged in, decided to click Offers on the top, and apparently my 2025 Travel/Entertainment offer was activated?
I don't fully trust that Offers page as half the time it shows incorrect progress info.
I haven't went to check my mailbox yet but I will probably also use the code there to activate as well just in case this is another weird Citi glitch.
