Sad news indeed. Had another excellent stay there at the end of October this year while it was running at full capacity. No word from staff about the contract termination while I was there though. I like the property very much and enjoyed the Oberoi service, food offerings and staff attitude. They gave some good hint about how they might do service in their Indian properties. Wonder which company/brand will follow next? Not much time left for a restart in March 2025 so I assume they will close for a while for rebranding. Weird that it still can be booked on Oberoi's website until end of 2025...
