I am wondering if anyone on the inside has access to a housekeeping manual for how the shampoo bottles are refilled. My guess is this is not standardized, thus explaining all the issues I’ve run into. Marriott did adopt this policy seemingly across all its properties, so the other guess is some actual thought went into it.
