I emailed Aer Lingus in October to complain, around two weeks ago I emailed again to chase them up, but have received no response to either message.

What is the typical turn around time for Aer Lingus complaints, and if they continue to ignore me what should I send to them (along the lines of a final response) to confirm I can commence small claims court proceedings?
