They've loaded a number of flights into LAS for CES. I would expect this is for aircraft rotation/utilization, getting either the crew or aircraft (or both) to/from LAS on specific days.

I suspect CES as well. For my LAS>DFW>LGA trip on 1/7, the LAS>DFW leg is on a 777. 1/7 is opening day for CES.
LAS is seeing 772s and 788s for the first two weeks of January.
