Personally, would choose London, followed by Frankfurt (check mainlymiles site as there are dates in Q1 where the 380 will be removed from 326/5).

My first ever Suites flight was to SIN from SYD, lovely, got double bed (ruined me for all future Suites flights) and am a slow eater. This meant less time to enjoy everything.

So, if it is a once in a blue moon experience, go London (maybe FRA see above).

The other destinations are iffy as 380 could always be at risk of being withdrawn (due to tech) in favour of LHR or SYD, which are SQ’s high margin routes.
