When I checked in, I noticed they had higher room categories available (Sapphire and some suite), but they didn’t offer them to me. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and seemed to go above and beyond with thoughtful touches like the treasure hunt, handwritten note, and welcome gift.
Although the staff was a bit disorganized in the morning, the breakfast was great, offering plenty of options. Also, the hotel’s location near a train station was very convenient. I’ll probably stay here again.
