Thank you all for the input earlier! I stayed with the stir fried ginger scallion lobster with egg fried rice, vermicelli pork and pumpkin noodle snack, and congee for first flight. Dim sum for second flight (with black sesame lemon drink and passion fruit)

The lobster was absolutely delicious! Better than any of the lobster thermidors I’ve hd on SQ! Also the black sesame lemon drink was a hit as well for those who like non alcohol drinks
