25Kg is the standard allowance for economy classic and 30Kg is the standard allowance for Economy Convenience. Not sure why one is classed as classic and the other as convenience . Was the points requirements the same for both?

As a OW Sapphire member, you will be entitled to take an additional 15kg, giving a max of 40Kg / 45Kg

QR uses the weight system for that route , which is why you have a weight allowance - see https://www.qatarairways.com/en-au/b...allowance.html for its allowances

For details on additional allowance , see https://www.oneworld.com/travel-benefits where it states

On purely domestic itineraries, using the baggage allowance "piece" system, for tickets with no ticketed baggage entitlement - the assurance of one piece of checked baggage, weighing up to 23 kgs.
Don't expect all airlines to show the additional allowance online - consider, for example, someone was to lose OW Sapphire status between booking and date of travel and then complains about baggage information being incorrect
