Orangetheory Fitness worked 3x this year, as did Netflix. Still waiting on the last one from 9 Dec or Netflix from 16 Dec to work. Possibly an issue because Netflix was via PayPal, though it doesn't say anything about PayPal in the transaction and the code is correct.

They're super inconsistent. Last summer they credited 13 of 23 Lime scooters via Uber app in Stockholm, Rome, Warsaw, Poznan, and Wroclaw. They also credited 3 of 8 Southwest flights or changes in the $76-86 range. No pattern I can see. Opening a case with phone support takes forever and I got zero action across four cases (some just closed, some had odd explanations like "International is excluded" which it isn't and wouldn't explain the 13 which were credited).
