I can't imagine any of the stops along the route have enough extra hotel capacity to fit a plane full of people. I know KSA has no more than 40-50 hotel rooms on the island, if that. IIRC there are only 3 hotels, each with about 12 rooms.
Taking this even farther, what do they do when things go irrops at KWA?
They may have to do a Midway (UM), Dutch Harbor (AK) or a Gander (NL) kind of rescue: Send a 73G/738 from GUM or HNL.
For Kwajalein Atoll, Ebeye only has one small hotel, so as said above, the military may have to provide some support.
Also, there's Air Marshall Islands that can fly (a few at a time) people between the Marshall Islands, so can technically resolve any hotel capacity issues or transport the waiting FAs from MAJ to KWA.
