previously, for you, tp would 0 on feb 9th with status valid until end of March

In the future your tp will reset to 0 on April 1st with status valid till end of April

This will be a problem for you at the end of March 26 unless you get 1500 tp in 25/26 TP year then mive back to a 2 year cycle, but with only 1 month to get the TP to not notice you lost gold

In terms of your 2nd question, yes in your situation, getting 1500 tp in your 7 week short year will only give one month extra.
