I booked 3 tickets less than 24 hours ago. I need to cancel one ticket because one person backed out. Do I need to cancel the whole reservation and rebook 2 tickets? Or can I cancel just the one ticket?

Also, what is the cancel and refund process? Do I need to cancel first and then apply for a refund? I tried calling their 1-800 number many times but couldn't reach anyone.
