Ah, well that YYZ-AMS turned into a delayed AMS-YYZ, which then turned into a delayed YYZ-FRA... which I flew.

Even if you accept that unexpected maintenance issues are not their fault, you're now talking about a delay that occurred 3+ days before my 5 hour delayed flight. At what point is this no longer "mechanical", and actually "operational nonsense"?
