The walkway from the station to T1/T3 is busted and has been for years. It’s possible other walkways actually function but as BA only uses T3 and I rarely step foot in T2 I have no knowledge of the current status.

On other occasions my visit to the UK’s worst airport (its official) has been enlivened by power failures and no water. Add to this routine incompetence such as flight monitors installed sideways, cycle lanes constructed around lampposts and the like and you will understand my antipathy to the place.
