When are your travel dates? For MIA-LAS it's not weird at all to see a 777 one day but not the next.
They've loaded a number of flights into LAS for CES. I would expect this is for aircraft rotation/utilization, getting either the crew or aircraft (or both) to/from LAS on specific days.
