I've also noticed at several connections that my bag shows "Loaded onto ACXXX" before the inbound plane even arrives - usually like 30 mins after it was unloaded on the previous flight. Then when it is actually loaded, I get a new push notification and the previous tracking point is replaced in the history with the real one.
To me, it seems like they may have some issue with the mapping between what the scans are, and what the frontend shows the user, i.e. showing the wrong step/scan as "Loaded".
I suspect it's user's error (wrong config on the PDT) or they have changed the code recently to simplify the message.
I remember there were multiple scans/updates in different stages when it was still in beta. If i remember correctly, it was dropped off at counter, prepare to load, loaded onto the plane, unloaded off the plane, delivered to carousel x.
My bag was shown as accepted , then loaded onto the plane midair and then unloaded at YYZ. That is it.
