Had the Chicago Signature dish on this flight which is described as meatballs with creamy polenta, sauteed spinach and arrabiata sauce. Doesn't look good at all which is typical with UA presentation, but the the taste was nice. Although it was a very small portion. Not sure if they have changed up the salad dressing but it was a balsamic vinegarette instead of the lemon. I prefer the lemon.
