Something I hadn't realized and have seen nobody pass comment on is that rows 9, 10 and 11 have additional leg room. Doing a dummy booking I see they are charging RM315 per seat for those - MAS is one of the few OneWorld airlines I fly with (Qantas is another) that don't let their own OWE select extra leg room for free at time of booking which is sad.

Enrich is clearly geared to rewarding economy passengers and whilst the x2/x3 promos and the crazy FY accrue rates have stopped the AMbank credit card deal whereby you only need 70 Elite points for Platinum continues to devalue the scheme.
Along with the Govt/Civil Service/GLC travel warrants free for all they have far too many Platinum members who in reality spend very little so Im not surprised that the premium seats are chargeable prior to checkin.
