Yes, thanks and understood. I deferred my BA flying once the change to the tier point collection year was announced to maximize my benefit on the short collection year period so yes, while my collection year was from 9/12/23, I didn't have any practical flying on BA until after 1 APR 24, during which I accumulated 2590 tier points, with the 2500 threshold crossed by my flight taken on 08 Dec 24.
Will give them a ring during UK hours to maximize chances of success.
